WGS Return Policy

WGS is a small, non-profit organization. All items are custom made (by 'Printful') at the time of your order; any exchanges result in a loss for us. Therefore, we ask you to check the description and size guide carefully to ensure you are ordering the correct item and/or correct size.
-Keep all packing materials; the packing list will have the return address to ship
the product to, if you are instructed to return the item.
-Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to WGS
within 10 days after the product has been received. Photos of the defect and a detailed description must be included with your request.
-Claims deemed an error on Printful's part (defects in workmanship, the wrong size sent, etc) will be covered by Printful, however, please be aware of the following:
-Wrong Address - If you provide an incorrect address or one that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
-All returns must be sent to the Printful facility return address indicated on your packing list/materials.
-If the item is returned to the wrong address, you would become liable for any returned shipment costs, and shipping of the replacement item.
-For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date.
We do not refund orders for the wrong size ordered or buyer’s remorse.
